Biscayne

With the Biscayne Collection, I wanted to reinterpret classical form through a more modern, organic lens. The solid teak frames have a strong architectural presence, with cylindrical legs and a reverse taper that give the collection its distinctive silhouette. I balanced that structure with woven all weather wicker and generous cushions in a tactile outdoor bouclé, creating a contrast between strength and softness. There are subtle references to Greek form and traditional craftsmanship throughout, but they are simplified in a way that feels current and approachable. For me, Biscayne is about the tension between heritage and modernity, creating something sculptural and substantial that still feels relaxed, inviting, and entirely at home outdoors.
